TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Your Perfect Day is a booking service operated by Iceland Travel, a specialist Iceland tour operator. In partnership with Icelandair Hotels, Iceland Travel currently runs Your Perfect Day at three locations, namely at Hilton Reykjavik hotel, Reykjavik Natura and Reykjavik Marina hotels. Free booking services and travel advise are available at all three locations as well as Icelandic design products.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
All day tour bookings made online through Iceland Travel‘s website: www.yourperfectdayiniceland.is, require a full payment at the time of booking. Prices for day tours are quoted and charged in ISK (Icelandic krona) and are per person unless otherwise specified. In case of refund, Iceland Travel does not take responsibility for changes in currency that may occur from the time of booking until a refund is made.
All rates quoted or shown include value-added tax and are based on current prices. Iceland Travel reserves the right to alter its prices without notice in the event of currency fluctuation, government taxes, or any other cost increase that is

PLEASE BRING BOOKING CONFIRMATION
After your booking is confirmed, you will receive your booking confirmation and voucher via email. Please print this document or keep it accessible on your mobile device as this will be your proof of payment.
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you prefer to pay for your booking with a bank transfer, please contact us and send us all the information regarding the booking and our sales representative will contact you to reconfirm.

INSURANCE
Iceland Travel and Your Perfect Day offer a wide range of day tours in Iceland, appealing to various interests and activity levels. We consider adequate travel insurance to be essential. Iceland Travel cannot accept responsibility for any cost for you or any of your travel party that may incur as a result of failing to take out insurance cover. Please read your policy and take it with you on holiday. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover includes the type of activity you have purchased.

Iceland Travel only works with fully licensed partners and tour operators who have been issued an operating license by the Icelandic Tourist Board.

COMPLAINTS
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the service provided by our partners, please bring this to the attention of the operator during your event, be assured that they are as committed as Iceland Travel to provide outstanding services and therefore it would be much appreciated to give them the chance to respond to you during your stay. If your complaint cannot be resolved locally, please contact us within 30 day of your departure, should you wish to pursue your claim with Iceland Travel.

CANCELLATION
All cancellations for day tours and activities must be made in writing to info@yourperfectdayiniceland.is no later than 48 hours prior to tour departure.
